Epson Timing Programmable Crystal Oscillators
Epson Programmable Crystal Oscillators are compact, configurable timing devices. The SG-Writer II (sold separately) allows users to program the oscillators' frequency, output conditions, and drive voltage. The frequency can be programmed to an output range of 0.67 to 170MHz. The oscillators can be driven at supply voltages ranging from 1.8V to 3.3V. Choose the appropriate size blank oscillator and the corresponding socket type (sold separately), then use the two with the SG-Writer II to start programming.
SG-8018 Series Programmable Oscillators
Epson's SG-8018 series programmable oscillators can be programmed to an output frequency range of 0.67 to 170MHz. The oscillators can be driven at supply voltages ranging from 1.8V to 3.3V. Their frequency tolerance operating temperature [ x10^-6 / ℃ to ℃ ] is ±50/-40 to +105. The SG-8018 series oscillators are available in four sizes and must be used with the SG-Writer II to take advantage of their configurability.
SG-8101 Series Programmable Oscillators
Epson's SG-8101 series programmable oscillators feature 50% lower current consumption and 66% tighter frequency tolerance than their predecessors. SG-8101 Series programmable oscillators meet the demands of projects needing excellent frequency stability and the ability to tolerate a wide range of temperatures, including a top-end limit of 105℃. Like the SG-8018 series, these blank oscillators are available in four sizes and are suitable for a number of applications including extreme outdoor and factory installations. They must be used with the SG-Writer II to utilize their configurability.
