Infineon Technologies TLE5009A16 (D) Angle Sensor
Infineon Technologies TLE5009A16D Angle Sensor features analog outputs and is a dual-die sensor that detects the orientation of a magnetic field. This sensor monitors the magnetic field by measuring sine and cosine components with Giant Magneto Resistive (iGMR) elements. It provides analog sine and cosine output voltages that describe the magnet angle from 0° to 360°. The GMR bridge signals are independent of the magnetic field strength, and the output voltages are designed to use the dynamic range of an A/D converter, using the same supply for the sensor as the voltage reference. Infineon TLE5009A16D Angle Sensor dual-die design is ideal for safety applications that require redundancy because the two dies are supplied independently by separate supply and ground pins.Features
