Johanson Dielectrics High Voltage Surface Mount MLCCs
Johanson Dielectrics High-Voltage Surface Mount MLCCs offer a voltage range from 250 - 6,000VDC and feature a special internal electrode design that reduces voltage concentrations by distributing voltage gradients throughout the entire capacitor. This unique design of the high-voltage SMT MLCCs from Johanson Dielectrics results in increased capacitance values in given case size and voltage rating. These MLCCs, available in NPO and X7R dielectrics, have a capacitance range from 10pF to 0.47µF and are suitable for a wide variety of telecommunication, commercial, and industrial applications.
