KEMET Commercial "L" SnPb Termination C0G ≤250V MLCCs

KEMET Commercial "L" SnPb Termination C0G ≤250V MLCCs are Class I dielectrics designed to meet applications requiring tin/lead end metallization. Available in ten case sizes ranging from 10VDC to 250VDC, these temperature-stable dielectrics meet 5% minimum lead content requirements while operating between -55°C and +125°C. The KEMET "L" series ceramic MLCCs excel when used in resonant circuit applications and those requiring Q and stable capacitance characteristics. These surface-mount capacitors range from 0.5pF up to 0.47µF.

  • Non-polar with lead-plated termination finish (5% Pb minimum)
  • Extremely low ESR and ESL
  • High thermal stability and ripple current capability
  • Preferred capacitance solution at line frequencies and into the MHz range
  • Negligible capacitance change concerning temperature from -55°C to +125°C
  • No capacitance decay with time or change concerning applied rated DC voltage
