Keysight Technologies Current Probes offer accurate and reliable solutions for measuring DC and AC currents. Keysight clamp-on current probes feature hybrid technology to measure AC and DC and offer up to 150MHz bandwidth and 500A_rms current measurement range. High-sensitivity current probes from Keysight measure AC-DC currents as low as 50μA and are ideal for capturing and analyzing low-level current flow in the device under test (DUT). Rogowski coil current probes feature an easy-to-use clip-around coil that enables current measurement in confined spaces.
