The XX-9157 SMT plug uses location pyramids to provide positive alignment to portable devices and assistance in blind mating. The XX-9257 connectors feature a click design for the contacts, which means no latching is required. The XX-9257 series also offers a compact size to optimize PCB space, a metal outer cover, and positive alignment and orientation of the plug and socket.
