MACOM MAMX-011036 Wideband Double-Balanced Mixers
MACOM MAMX-011036 Wideband Double-Balanced Mixers cover the 8GHz to 43GHz frequency range and deliver low conversion loss, high linearity, and a wide intermediate frequency (IF) bandwidth. The MAMX mixers are suited to meeting the performance requirements for test/measurement, microwave radio, and radar applications. The double-balanced circuit configuration provides excellent port isolation, while internal 50Ω matching simplifies the application. In addition, the class 1B (500V to 1000V) ESD rating ensures high levels of ruggedness and reliability. The devices are available in compact 3mm, 12-lead AQFN plastic packaging and bare die formats (1.20mm x 0.97mm x 0.10mm) for flexible integration.Features
