Micro Commercial Components (MCC) UG2xHL Super Fast Recovery Rectifiers are designed to minimize energy losses in high-frequency applications. These 2A rectifiers with voltages from 200V to 600V deliver impressive reverse recovery times of 25ns or 35ns. The UG2DHL, UG2GHL, and UG2JHL rectifiers are designed to enhance outstanding efficiency with low forward voltage and a low reverse leakage current. These super-fast recovery rectifiers feature glass-passivated junction technology for enhanced reliability and performance. The UG2xHL rectifiers are housed in a low-profile SOD-123HL package and are ideally used in motor drives, renewable energy, and high-frequency applications.
