Mikroe Mikromedia 3 for PIC Resistive with Frame

MikroE MIKROE-6245 Mikromedia 3 for PIC Resistive with Frame offers a USB, SD card reader, digital motion sensor, and battery charging functionality options. These features allow the board to extend beyond multimedia use.

The MikroE Mikromedia 3 for PIC Resistive FPI with frame has two mikroBUS™ Shuttle connectors, standard in a 2x8-pin IDC header with a 1.27mm (50mil) pitch. The mikroBUS Shuttle extension add-on board is equipped with the conventional mikroBUS socket, which guarantees compatibility with 1600+ Click boards™.

The compact development board is created as a complete solution for rapidly developing multimedia and GUI-centric applications. The board supplies a 3.5" TFT display with a resistive touch screen operated by a powerful graphics controller to display the 24-bit color palette (16.7 million colors). Combined with a DSP-powered embedded sound CODEC IC, the board is an ideal solution for any multimedia application.

MikroE Mikromedia 3 for PIC Resistive FPI with frame can be positioned directly into any project without additional hardware modifications. A powerful 8-bit PIC18F97J94 microcontroller from Microchip is at the core, which delivers sufficient processing power. The board has a TFT display with a metal frame and four mounting holes that facilitate simple installation in various industrial appliances.
