Mill-Max 836/838 Spring-Loaded Pogo Pin Header Strips

Mill-Max 836/838 Spring-Loaded Pogo Pin Header Strips are vertical surface-mount headers that are inserted into high-temperature thermoplastic insulators. These header strips feature three machined components and are assembled with an internal spring to provide a range of movements. These components are electroplated with gold over nickel to ensure excellent electrical conductivity, durability, and corrosion protection throughout the life of the product. The 836/838 spring-loaded pogo pin header strips include a piston, the body housing the internal spring, a high-temperature thermoplastic insulator housing, and a tail. These header strips offer low resistance and are tested to a minimum of 50G shock and 10G vibration. Typical applications include fitness trackers, smartwatches, automotive industry, medical equipment, and robotics.
