Nexperia 74LVC(H)16245A-Q100 16-bit Transceivers

Nexperia 74LVC(H)16245A-Q100 16-Bit Transceivers feature non-inverting 3-state bus-compatible outputs in both send and receive directions. These devices feature two Output Enable (nOE) inputs for easy cascading and two send/receive (nDIR) inputs for direction control. The inputs can be driven from either 3.3V or 5V devices, but when disabled, up to 5.5V can be applied to the outputs. These features allow the use of these devices in mixed 3.3V and 5V applications.

The Nexperia 74LVC(H)16245A-Q100 16-Bit Transceivers incorporate CMOS technology with low power consumption and multibyte flow-through standard pin-out architecture. These devices can be used as two 8-bit transceivers or one 16-bit transceiver. The 74LVC(H)16245A-Q100 bus hold on data inputs eliminates the need for external pull-up resistors to hold unused inputs.

The products are qualified for the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) standard Q100 (Grade 1) and are suitable for automotive applications.
