Nuvoton NUC131 Arm® Microcontrollers

Nuvoton NUC131 Arm® Microcontrollers (MCUs) are designed for automotive and industrial control applications that need reliable and robust CAN communication. These MCUs are 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M0 based microcontrollers running up to 50MHz with a built-in Controller Area Network (CAN) 2.0 B interface. The NuMicro  NUC131 MCUs operate at a 2.5V to 5.5V voltage range and -40°C to 105°C temperature range. These NuMicro 32-bit MCUs feature 36/68KB flash, 8KB SRAM, and 4KB ISP ROM. The NUC131 MCUs also feature 24 channels of 100MHz high-resolution PWMs with brake function and complementary output to drive both stepping motor and HVAC compressor. These NuMicro MCUs are available in all green packages (RoHS), LQFP 64-pin (7mm x 7mm), and LQFP 48-pin (7mm x 7mm).
