Les convertisseurs de niveau d'interface de carte SIM NVT4555/56 de NXP sont conçus pour faire l'interface d'une carte SIM avec une simple interface côté hôte à basse tension. Ils contiennent chacun un LDO qui peut fournir deux tensions différentes, 1,8 V ou 2,95 V à partir des tensions de batterie d'un téléphone mobile classique, jusqu'à 5,25 V, et des convertisseurs à trois niveaux pour convertir les données, les signaux RSTn et CLKn entre une carte SIM et un microcontrôleur hôte. Le NVT4555 comprend une broche de sélection de tension (CTRL) pour sélectionner 1,8 V ou 2,95 V comme alimentation de la carte SIM et une broche d'activation haute (EN) pour permettre un fonctionnement normal. Le NVT4556 utilise aussi l'interface du bus I2C pour assurer un fonctionnement normal et pour sélectionner entre 1,8 V ou 3 V pour l'alimentation de la carte SIM. Chaque composant est conforme avec toutes les exigences en matière d'interface de carte ETSI, IMT-2000 et ISO-7816.

The NXP Semiconductors NVT4555 and NVT4556 SIM Card Interface Level Translators are available in a compact 1.19mm x 1.62mm x 0.56mm WLCSP12 package and are Pb-free, RoHS compliant, and free of halogen and antimony.
