Omron Electronics G3VM-UR MOS FET Relays

Omron Electronics G3VM-UR MOS FET Relays feature a small VSON package that measures only 2.45mm x 1.45mm x 1.3mm (L x H x W). These relays utilize an SMT lead design that improves solderability. They are RoHS compliant and offer a load voltage range from 20V to 100V. The G3VM-UR MOS FET relays are well suited for semiconductor test equipment, test and measurement equipment, data loggers, and communication equipment.
