onsemi Phototransistors FODM8801 OptoHiT™
Les phototransistors FODM8801 OptoHiT™ de Fairchild sont les premiers de leur espèce et utilisent la technologie propriétaire de pointe de Fairchild pour garantir un fonctionnement à haute température jusqu'à 125 °C. L'optocoupleur est composé d'une diode (LED) infrarouge en arséniure de gallium / aluminium (AlGaAs) optiquement couplée à un phototransistor, dans un boîtier à demi pas et 4 broches, mini-flat compact. Il offre un taux de transfert en courant élevé pour un courant d'entrée très faible. La tension nominale d'isolation entrée-sortie, VISO, est de 3 750 VCARMS. Les composants FODM8801 sont idéalement adaptés aux convertisseurs CC-CC.

- Compact half pitch, mini-flat, 4-pin package (1.27mm lead pitch, 2.4mm maximum standoff height)
- >5mm creepage and clearance distance
- Applicable to Infrared Ray reflow, +245°C
