onsemi / Fairchild Phototransistor Output Optocouplers

onsemi / Fairchild Phototransistor Output Optocouplers feature a gallium arsenide (GaAs) infrared LED optically coupled to a phototransistor. The device offers a single-channel, DC-sensing input in a stretched-body SOP4-pin package. FODM1009 is primarily suited for DC-DC converters and ideal for consumer appliances, set-top boxes, and industrial power applications.
