PANJIT PE47xxL1Q High Surge ESD Protection features a low leakage current and excellent clamping capability with a reverse standoff voltage ranging from 5V to 36V. The PANJIT PE47xxL1Q devices enhance component capability and resist EOS events in a DFN1610-2L package. Designed for PD chargers, power adapters, and NB/server motherboards, these ESD devices are suitable for a wide range of applications in power supplies, computing, and consumer electronics. The products feature a Green molding compound compliant with the IEC 61249 standard and EU RoHS 2.0.
