Phoenix Contact RIFLINE Complete Industrial Relay System
Phoenix Contact RIFLINE Complete Industrial Relay System is a cost-effective modular ice cube relay series with products ranging from a slim 6.2mm coupling relay to a small power contactor replacement. The most powerful relay can switch voltages up to 440V. RIFLINE Complete uses familiar technologies and accessories from CLIPLINE Complete, such as push-in technology, plug-in bridges, end clamps, test plugs, and marking accessories, making it an economical choice. Users can upgrade these relay modules into timer relays, allowing interval switching, by simply using a push-in timer module accessory. The universally pluggable relay system offers solutions for any application. Phoenix Contact RIFLINE Complete Industrial Relay System can be assembled individually or ordered as a complete module. All components in the modular system can be ordered individually, depending on the application.

RIF-0 Series
RIF-0 relay modules are used to reliably couple signals between the controller and the field. Power levels are enhanced voltages that are adjusted or signals that are electrically isolated within this framework. The narrow 6.2mm RIF-0 series is designed for miniature relays with one contact. Switching currents up to 6A are implemented here. Two base versions are available: 1 N/O contact and 1 PDT contact.

RIF-1 Series
The narrow 16mm RIF-1 series is designed for miniature relays with two contacts. Power levels are enhanced voltages that are adjusted or signals that are electrically isolated within this framework. Currents up to 13A can be switched when using the FBS 2-8 plug-in bridge. This is the ideal relay for applications that require coupling, power switching, and signal duplication.

RIF-2 Series
The 31mm wide RIF-2 devices are designed for industrial relays with up to four contacts and are particularly suitable for applications in which a high number of contacts are required. Currents up to 12A are no problem for these bases. A feedback signal to the controller can be switched in parallel with different loads. This relay is ideal for applications that require power and signal multiplication.

RIF-3 Series
The 40mm wide RIF-3 series is designed for octal relays with up to three contacts. Switching currents up to 10A can be implemented here. Two base versions are available: 2 PDT contacts and 3 PDT contacts. RIF-3 bases are ideal for all applications that require power and signal multiplication.

RIF-4 Series
The 43mm wide RIF-4 series is designed for power relays with up to 3 contacts. Currents up to 16A can be switched. RIF-4 bases are a good choice for applications that require power and signal multiplication. The high switching capacity makes the series suitable for use in small power contactor applications. The benefits in comparison with contactors are easy maintenance due to plug-in capability, operating indicator via status LED, inexpensive and quick installation due to bridge ability and push-in connection.

RIF-RPT Series
These 21mm wide relays provide increased safety and are suitable for the use of up to four force-guided contacts. The modules feature a push-in connection, consisting of a relay base with status LED, freewheeling diode and retaining bracket, and safety relay with force-guided contacts in accordance with DIN EN 61810-3. The contact types are 2 or 3 N/O contacts and 1 or 2 N/C contacts. The input voltage is 24VDC.
