pSemi PE4361x UltraCMOS® RF Digital Step Attenuators

pSemi PE4361x UltraCMOS® RF Digital Step Attenuators are 50Ω, HaRP™ technology-enhanced, 6-bit RF digital step attenuators (DSA) that support a wide frequency range. These modules feature glitch-safe attenuation state transitions, support 1.8V control voltage, and offer an optional VSS_EXT bypass mode to improve spurious performance. These characteristics make these devices ideal for test and measurement, point-to-point communication systems, and very small aperture terminals (VSAT). pSemi PE4361x UltraCMOS RF Digital Step Attenuators provide an integrated digital control interface that supports both serial addressable and parallel programming of the attenuation. The components cover a 31.5dB attenuation range in 0.5dB and 1dB steps. No external blocking capacitors are required if 0VDC is present on the RF ports.
