Quantic Evans TDD Hybrid Capacitors

Quantic Evans TDD Hybrid Capacitors offer high power density in a 1.4" x 1.4" square case, with a rated voltage from 10VDC to 125VDC and a capacitance range of 1500μF to 300,000μF. These robust devices provide more than 2000 hours of life and unlimited shelf life. The construction utilizes sintered tantalum anodes and ruthenium oxide-coated cathodes operating in aqueous electrolyte, all hermetically sealed in a welded tantalum case with a glass-to-metal seal. Quantic Evans TDD Hybrid Capacitors are RoHS 5/6 compliant to EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and offer ANSI J-STD-002 solderability and an ECCN EAR99 export classification. Typical applications include industrial, energy, military, and space.
