ROHM Semiconductor BD8203x High-Side Switch ICs

ROHM BD8203x High-Side Switch ICs is a single-channel high-side switch IC that employs an N-Channel power MOSFET with low on-resistance and low supply current for the power supply line of universal serial bus (USB). These ICs have a built-in over-current detection circuit, thermal shutdown circuit, under-voltage lockout, and soft-start circuits. Typical applications include USB hub in consumer applications, PC, and PC peripheral equipment.
