ROHM Semiconductor PICOLED™ LEDs

ROHM Semiconductor PICOLED™ LEDs feature high brightness and reliability in a small package. The LEDs are constructed using an AIGaInP chip structure. These LEDs are available in yellow, orange, green, blue, white, red, and RGB variants with luminous intensity ratings from 10mcd to 90mcd. The LEDs operate from -40°C to 85°C temperature range and support -40°C to 100°C storage temperature range.
