ROHM Semiconductor WL-CSP Series EEPROMs

ROHM Semiconductor WL-CSP Series EEPROMs are up to 8Kbit serial EEPROMs with an I2C BUS interface. These devices are designed for everyday electronic equipment. The WL-CSP EEPROMs implement two ports of Serial Clock (SCL) and Serial Data (SDA) for all controls. These devices operate up to 5.5V voltage, with up to 400kHz operation. The WL-CSP EEPROMs are available in UCSP30L1 (4Pin), VCSP50L1, or VCSP50L2 packages.
