SanRex DKR400CA60 2-in-1 Fast Recovery Diode Module offers high power cycle reliability and excellent heat dissipation in a compact Techno Block transfer mold package. This small and low-profile module also features a high junction operating temperature up to +150°C.
Techno Block Package
The SanRex DKR400CA60 incorporates Techno Block package technology, combining transfer molding with a structure that solders the chip directly without the use of wire bonding. This design enables improvements in long-term reliability and miniaturization. The Techno Block package also improves power cycle capacity 3-times compared with conventional module packaging.
