SanRex SCE110AB160 Thyristor Power Module
SanRex SCE110AB160 Thyristor Power Module is a 110A, 1600V SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) module offering high di/dt tolerance and excellent heat dissipation in a compact Techno Block transfer mold package. This compact, low-profile device also features a high junction operating temperature up to +150°C.
Techno Block Package
The SanRex SCE110AB160 incorporates Techno Block package technology, combining transfer molding with a structure that solders the chip directly without the use of wire bonding. This design enables improvements in long-term reliability and miniaturization. The Techno Block package also improves power cycle capacity 3-times compared with conventional module packaging.
