SemiQ GHXS060A120S-D3 Power Module Dual Diode
SemiQ GHXS060A120S-D3 Power Module Dual Diode achieves excellent performance at high frequency. This dual diode offers low loss, low EMI noise, and low stray inductance. The GHXS060A120S-D3 dual diode includes direct mounting to the heatsink (isolated package) and low junction-to-case thermal resistance. This dual diode features 1200A non-repetitive peak forward current, 1200V repetitive peak reverse voltage, 375W power dissipation, and 342nC total capacitive charge. The GHXS060A120S-D3 diode also features a zero reverse recovery, zero forward recovery, and temperature-independent switching behavior. This diode is used in the DC power supply, induction heater, welding equipment, and charging station.
