Semtech RClamp3304NA & RClamp3304P RailClamp® TVS Arrays

Semtech RClamp3304NA and RClamp3304P RailClamp® 3.3V TVS Arrays are designed to protect high-speed data interfaces. These low capacitance (<0.8pF for RClamp3304P, <5pF for RClamp3304NA) RailClamp TVS arrays are specifically designed to protect sensitive components connected to data and transmission lines from overvoltage caused by ESD (electrostatic discharge), CDE (Cable Discharge Events), and lightning. The arrays incorporate surge rated, low capacitance steering diodes and a TVS diode in a single package. During transient conditions, the steering diodes direct the transient current to ground and the internal TVS diode clamps the transient voltage to a safe level. The low capacitance array configuration allows the user to protect up to four high-speed data lines.
