Semtech TS13401 Neo-Iso™ Solid State Relay Driver

Semtech TS13401 Neo-Iso™ Solid State Relay Driver is a galvanically isolated 60V power FET driver with bi-directional blocking, sensing, and power transfer. This relay driver supports different sensing modes to sample the switch state, load current, supply voltage, and device temperature. Semtech TS13401 Relay Driver supports power transfer from the system's AC supply to the low-voltage controller domain. This relay driver features low quiescent operating currents and a single control signal for all input commands. TS13401 relay driver also offers several protection features. This driver features a switch that opens in self-protection if the current exceeds the over-current limit or if the device temperature limit is exceeded.
