Skyworks Solutions Inc. RFX2411 single-chip, single-die RFeICs® (RF Front-end Integrated Circuit) provide the RF functionality required for wireless ZigBee/smart energy applications. The design of the RFX2411 incorporates the LNA, PA, transmit and receive switching circuitry, associated matching network, a harmonic filter, and a diversity switch. In addition, the PA power-detect circuit is also included. All these components are integrated on a single-chip CMOS device. The bypass mode provides maximum flexibility in system implementations.The RFeICs offer high sensitivity and efficiency, excellent performance, low noise, and a small-form-factor for applications with extended range and bandwidth requirements. Designers can use the RFeICs for 2.4GHz ISM band applications. The Skyworks RFX2411 supports ZigBee and 802.15.4 standards. The RFX2411N supports BLUETOOTH®/BT EDR/ BLE, 802.15.4, ZigBee, ANT, and Thread standards. RFX2411N can operate up to a 125ºC ambient temperature. The RFX2411 RFeICs are an excellent choice for high-power applications such as smart power/ smart metering, RF4CE, and home and industrial automation.
