STMicroelectronics ESDLIN03-1BWY Automotive Transil™ Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) is a single-line Transil that protects automotive LIN bus lines against electrostatic discharge (ESD) and transient voltages. The ESDLIN03-1BWY is AEC-Q101 qualified and is an ECOPACK®2 compliant component. This bidirectional device has a low clamping factor VCL/VBR and a low leakage current.
