STMicroelectronics Gradateur mural rotatif à contrôle de phase à front arrière STEVAL-ILD005V1
La carte d'évaluation STEVAL-ILD005V1 de STMicroelectronics met en œuvre une solution simple et économique d'inversion de phase à base MOS pour gradateurs muraux analogiques. Elle utilise une paire de MOSFET de puissance STF17N62K3 contrôlés par une triple porte NOR à 3 entrées pour baisser efficacement les charges d'éclairage soit résistives ou capacitives. La technique de contrôle analogique de gradation CA employée permet à la fois la commutation sous tension/hors tension et les fonctions de gradation haut/bas. Un potentiomètre rotatif linéaire unique équipé d'un interrupteur mécanique ouvre le circuit à la valeur minimale.
