TDK AVRH Multilayer Varistors
TDK AVRH Multilayer Varistors comply with AEC-Q200 automotive standards and operate in a wide temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. These compact, high-reliability chip varistors also fulfill 25kV voltage resistance requirements under IEC 61000-4-2 standards for electrostatic discharge tests. The series includes models for LIN and CAN. The LIN variant is environmentally designed to achieve a miniaturized footprint for smaller end-user devices and fewer materials used. The CAN varistor offers a 2-in-1 array structure in which a single device functions as two varistors and a minimized capacitance difference between channels. Applications for TDK AVRH Multilayer Varistors include advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), in-vehicle infotainment, and automotive bus systems such as LIN, CAN, CAN-FD, and FlexRay.Features
