TDK FS3305 µPOL™ Buck Regulator
TDK FS3305 µPOL™ Buck Regulator is an easy-to-use, fully integrated, and highly efficient micro-Point-Of-Load (µPOL™) voltage regulator. This buck regulator features an on-chip Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) controller and integrated MOSFETs, incorporates an inductor, resulting in an extremely compact and accurate regulator. The FS3305 regulator operates over a 2.75V to 5.5V input voltage range and a 0.4V to 3.3V adjustable output voltage range with ±0.5% initial accuracy. This regulator built-in protection features include soft-start protection, over-voltage protection, thermally compensated overcurrent protection with hiccup mode, and thermal shutdown with auto-recovery. The FS3305 regulator is ideal for optical networking systems, FPGAs, ASICs, SoCs, storage requirements, industrial applications, LDO replacement at high efficiency, drones, robotics, IoT, and portable devices.
The FS3305 µPOL™ buck regulator features a low-profile package, making it suitable for automated assembly using standard surface-mount equipment. This buck regulator is lead-free, halogen-free, and compliant with EU Directives REACH and RoHS.
