TE Connectivity / Schaffner RR1000 EMC/EMI Chokes offer common mode EMI mitigation, a nanocrystalline core, and a stackable design. These chokes are well-suited for non-intrusive EMI mitigation, needing no other connections for an efficient installation. The devices are typically applied over cable bundles and require no further electrical connection, and the nanocrystalline ring core technology provides significant attenuation from 150kHz to 30MHz. If cables are looped twice through the core of the RR1000 chokes, inductance quadruples, and for three turns, inductance increases by a factor of nine.
