TE Connectivity / Measurement Specialties Model 3038 MEMS DC Accelerometers

TE Connectivity's (TE) Model 3038 MEMS DC Accelerometers are designed for extreme temperature, vibration and shock environments. The durable SMD sensors incorporate a gas-damped piezoresistive MEMS sensing element providing outstanding long-term stability. A millivolt output signal and mechanical overload stops that provide shock protection to loads greater than 10,000g. The accelerometer is offered in ranges from ±50g to ±6000g with a flat response up to greater than 5000Hz. Model 3038 accelerometers are ideal for embedded applications and is packaged in a hermetic ceramic LCC package and sealed with a gold-plated Kovar lid (100% gross leak testing).
