Texas Instruments ADS114x/ADS114x-Q1 16-bit ADCs for Temp Sensors

Texas Instruments ADS114x/ADS114x-Q1 16-bit Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs) for temperature sensors feature data output rates up to 2kSPS and a single-cycle settling digital filter for all data rates. The TI ADS1147 and ADS1148 also provide a built-in voltage reference with 10mA output capacity and two matched programmable current DACs. The Texas Instruments ADS114x/ADS114x-Q1 provides a complete front-end solution for temperature sensor applications, including thermal couples, thermistors, and resistance temperature detectors (RTDs). The ADS114x-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
