Texas Instruments MUX80X-Q1 Single 8:1 & Dual 4:1 Multiplexers
Texas Instruments MUX80X-Q1 Single 8:1 and Dual 4:1 Multiplexers offer latch-up immunity and 1.8V logic, available in an industry-standard TSSOP and small WQFN packages. These multiplexers provide consistent analog-parametric performance across the entire supply-voltage range and support bidirectional analog and digital signals on the source (Sx) and drain (Dx) pins. The MUX80X-Q1 multiplexers operate with dual supply, a single supply, or asymmetric supply, with a maximum supply voltage of 100V. These multiplexers incorporate an integrated pull-down resistor on the logic pins, bidirectional signal paths, and break-before-make switching. The MUX80X-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. Typical applications include high-voltage bidirectional switching, analog and digital multiplexing/demultiplexing, BCM, LIDAR module, ZCU, HEV/EV BMS, ADAS, EV charging systems, telematics, and infotainment.
