Texas Instruments PTH04070W Integrated Switching Regulator

Texas Instruments PTH04070W Adjustable Integrated Switching Regulator (ISR) provides output current at much higher efficiency and with much less power dissipation than a standard TO-220 linear regulator IC, eliminating the need for a heat sink. The TI PTH04070W ISR delivers up to 3A of output current and has an input voltage of 3V to 5.5V, allowing operation from either a 3.3V or 5V input bus. The Texas Instruments PTH04070W ISR is designed for use in telecommunications, test and measurement applications, and high-end consumer products.
