Texas Instruments SN74LVC240A/-Q1 Octal Buffer/Drivers
Texas Instruments SN74LVC240A/-Q1 Octal Buffer/Driver offers a reliable 8-bit buffer solution with 3-state outputs for signal buffering and driving applications. This device is organized into two banks of four drivers, with each bank controlled by a dedicated output-enable pin for flexible system control. Designed for 1.65V to 3.6V operation, the TI SN74LVC240A/-Q1 supports 5.5V overvoltage-tolerant inputs, partial-power-down protection, and strong push-pull output drive.
The SN74LVC240A/-Q1 operates over a -40°C to +125°C temperature range and is ideal for driving an indicator LED and for level shifting with open-drain outputs.
The SN74LVC240A-Q1 is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
