Texas Instruments TAS5806MEVM Evaluation Module
Texas Instruments TAS5806MEVM Evaluation Module uses the PurePath Console Motherboard (PPCMB) and the PurePath Console 3 Software to evaluate the TAS5806M. The TAS5806M is a 23W Stereo, Digital Closed-Loop Class-D Audio Amplifier that offers a cost-effective digital input solution with low power dissipation and sound enrichment.
The Texas Instruments TAS5806MEVM has two TAS5806M devices, allowing the user to evaluate the device in stereo and mono mode. Additionally, having two devices on the TAS5806MEVM enables the user to evaluate process flows specifically designed for stereo, mono, or 2.1 systems. The PVDD supply is provided via the TAS5806MEVM and is regulated to 5VDC and 3.3VDC on the PPCMB. The PPCMB provides the I2S, I2C, and 3.3VDC to the TAS5806MEVM.
