Texas Instruments TPS1H000EVM Evaluation Module
Texas Instruments TPS1H000EVM 40V, 1A, 1000mΩ On-Resistance High-Side Switch Evaluation Module is a platform for evaluating the performance of the TPS1H000-Q1 single-channel high-side switch. Different input voltages (3.4V to 40V) are applied under various loading conditions (0A to 1A) to the TPS1H000-Q1 via the TPS1H000EVM. Additionally, a high-accuracy current sense and ultra-low standby current of <500A are implemented in the evaluation module. The Texas Instruments TPS1H000EVM monitors output voltage, input voltage, diagnostics and switching waveforms. All are tested according to AECQ100-12.
