Vishay General Semiconductor SMBJxD Transient Voltage Suppressors (TVS)
Vishay General Semiconductor SMBJxD Transient Voltage Suppressors (TVS) are designed for use in sensitive electronics to protect against voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lighting on ICs, MOSFET, and signal lines of sensor units. These devices are available in unidirectional and bidirectional polarity and offer a low-profile package that is ideal for automated placement. Other features include excellent clamping capability, very fast response time, low incremental surge resistance, and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. Vishay General Semiconductor SMBJxD TVS devices meet MSL level 1, per J-STD-020, LF maximum peak of 260 °C. AEC-Q101 qualified versions are available.Features
