Qorvo QPA9126 Gain Block Amplifiers

Qorvo QPA9126 Gain Block Amplifiers are cascadable and high linearity amplifiers that come in a low-cost surface-mount 8-pad DFN package. These amplifiers allow usage in both receiver and transmitter chains for high-performance systems. The QPA9126 amplifiers employ an internal active bias circuit that enables stable operation over bias and temperature variations. These amplifiers are internally matched using a high-performance E-pHEMT process. Typical applications include 5G m-MIMO, mobile infrastructure, repeater/DAS, general-purpose wireless, TDD/FDD system, and defense communication.
