Renesas Electronics RX130 32-bit Microcontrollers are low-power, highly-integrated RX MCUs with enhanced touch key function and 5V operation support. The RX130 MCUs integrate a 36-channel capacitive touch sensor offering advanced noise immunity, sensitivity, and water resistance. As a result, malfunctions have been reduced, and touch keys can now be applied to various materials, such as wood, other than the typical acrylic or glass. The RX130 Touch feature is ideal for consumer electronics applications used in wet environments such as the kitchen or bath.RX130 Microcontrollers are designed to conform to the IEC/UL60730 safety standard for consumer electronics, making them suitable for applications such as home appliances, white goods, and other devices with touch panel functions. The RX130 MCUs also offer ultra-low power consumption, consuming only 0.37µA in sleep mode with a recovery time of only 4.8µs. Renesas RX130 MCUs are offered a wide range of low-profile QFP and QFN packages for design flexibility.
