Silicon Labs EFR32BG26 Series 2 BLUETOOTH® System-on-Chips (SoCs) run up to 78MHz, up to 3200kB of flash, and 512kB of RAM, making them ideal for demanding applications. These SoCs are suitable for IoT wireless connectivity using Bluetooth Low Energy and Bluetooth Mesh for lighting, smart homes, and portable medical products. Key features for these SoCs include low current consumption, an AI/ML hardware accelerator, and Secure Vault™ technology, ensuring they are secure from remote and local cyber attacks. Silicon Labs EFR32BG26 Series 2 Bluetooth SoCs are suitable for switches, door locks, LED lighting, blood glucose meters, and pulse oximeters.
