Skyworks Solutions Inc. SI86SSxx-KIT Evaluation Kit
Skyworks Solutions Inc. SI86SSxx-KIT Evaluation Kit is designed to simplify basic functional testing and engineering validation of the SI86Sx Digital Isolators. The SI86Sx Series Digital Isolators include single-channel, dual-channel, multi-channel, and I2C options. These devices offer up to 6.0kVRMS isolation with data rates up to 150Mbps.
The Skyworks Solutions Inc. SI86SSxx-KIT Evaluation Kit features three devices from the SI86Sx Digital Isolator series selected to support SPI and QSPI bus isolation:
- Si86SS41BE-IS2 4-Channel 5kVRMS SPI Isolator in a WB SOIC-16 package
- Si86SQ44BE-IS2 5-Channel 5kVRMS QSPI Isolator in a WB SOIC-16 package
- Si86SQ44EB-IU 5-Channel 2.5kVRMS QSPI Isolator in a QSOP-16 package
Onboard headers enable easy access to all signal pins of each device.
