Taiwan Semiconductor PU1xMH and PU2xMH UltraFast Surface Mount Rectifiers offer low power loss, low reverse leakage, and high efficiency. The PU1xMH and PU2xMH Rectifiers come in a compact micro SMA package, ideal for automated placement. The repetitive peak reverse voltage is available in 100V or 200V ratings. These devices have a level 1 moisture sensitivity rating and are RoHS-compliant, Pb-free, and Halogen-free. The Taiwan Semiconductor PU1xMH and PU2xMH Rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications.
