These Vishay rectifiers feature a low forward voltage drop, making them ideal for high-frequency operations such as switch mode power supplies, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection applications. Available in various packages, including TO-220AB, ITO-220AB, and D2PAK (TO-263AB), the devices meet stringent industry standards for thermal and electrical performance, ensuring reliable operation even at elevated temperatures.
