Würth Elektronik Mid- & High-Voltage MLCCs

Würth Elektronik Mid- and High-Voltage MLCCs are designed for rated DC voltages from 200V to 630V mid-voltage level up to 1kV to 3kV high voltage level. These MLCCs feature 10pF to 2.2µF capacitance range, a floating electrode design, short circuit protection, and high voltage resistance. The floating electrode design provides protection against short circuits as the electrodes are connected in series. Würth Elektronik Mid- and High-Voltage MLCCs offer an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The components are ideal for applications with surge and burst requirements. Typical applications include DC-DC converters, snubbers for high-frequency converters, and DC blocking/high-voltage coupling.
