ON Semiconductor / KEMET Motor Driver Solutions include ON Semiconductor's compact intelligent power modules (IPMs) and KEMET's broad portfolio of capacitors. The ON Semiconductor 600V IPMs are fully integrated inverter power stages suitable for driving permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM). The modules also drive brushless-DC (BLDC) motors and AC asynchronous motors. KEMET's capacitors are suitable for harsh environments in a variety of dielectrics, terminations, and form factors, providing superior performance when coupled with IPM motor drive systems. The KEMET portfolio of capacitors is available in a variety of dielectrics, terminations, and form factors, as well as solutions for high-voltage and high-temperature applications.
